Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TrueDose website and verification service (the "Service"), provided by TrueDose Technologies Ltd. ("TrueDose", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
TrueDose provides AI-assisted verification of medicine packaging to help pharmacies, distributors, and regulators identify potentially counterfeit, substandard, or recalled products. The Service returns an indicative result and audit record based on the information provided.
2. Eligibility and accounts
The Service is intended for use by licensed pharmacies, distributors, hospital procurement teams, regulators, and their authorized staff. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable pharmaceutical, medical, or data-protection regulations.
- Submit content you do not have the right to submit, or that infringes the rights of others.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or circumvent the Service's security or verification logic.
- Misrepresent a verification result, or use results to deceive patients, partners, or regulators.
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the images and data you submit. You grant TrueDose a license to process that content to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, models, design, and content (excluding your content), is owned by TrueDose and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.
6. Third-party trademarks
AWS and NVIDIA are trademarks of their respective owners. TrueDose is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Other product and company names are the property of their respective owners.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. During pilot and beta phases, features and performance may change, and certain benefits are stated as goals rather than guarantees.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every counterfeit will be detected.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueDose and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. [Confirm liability cap and carve-outs with counsel.]
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold TrueDose harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
11. Governing law

12. Changes to these Terms
